Swire Hotels has selected IDeaS’ G3 Revenue Management System (RMS) to consolidate its revenue strategy across a portfolio of seven hotels under two brands – The House Collective and EAST in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the United States .
As a group, Swire Hotels previously approached revenue management at the level of each property, which led to the use of different providers and systems in its portfolio.
The G3 RMS will optimize revenue performance and provide a single version of group-level data and analytics. Going forward, the software will play an important role in Swire Hotels’ portfolio growth plans, providing strategic revenue management support at property and group level.

The Investigator feature of G3 RMS will also allow Swire Hotels to better examine and understand the data points considered by the system when setting prices.
Investigator charts, tables and descriptions provide quick insight into the factors influencing pricing and forecasting, providing clarity on the key drivers behind pricing decisions and demand forecasting.
